My recent stay at a beautiful hotel in an attractive part of the city was truly enjoyable. The location was perfect, with all the major attractions within easy walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. Breakfast offered a generous selection, ensuring a hearty start to the day. The staff were mostly very helpful, making sure all my needs were met. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like thin walls and a noisy shop, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore and catch transportation. It is close to major attractions and offers easy access to the hop-on bus and railway stations.

Some guests mentioned that the breakfast buffet could be improved and the room service was not up to par, with limited availability and timing issues.

Everything was very good, INCREDIBLE location close to metro, the staff were more than adequate. We liked sitting in the restaurant on the second floor. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was fab.

I had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't be more perfect, as it is right in the center of all the action. I was able to easily explore the older section of town within walking distance, and the most beautiful area of the city was just a short stroll away.

I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this city.

Fabulous place overall, it is fairly clean, location is unbeatable near to the Old Town. Buffet breakfast with variety of outstanding meals to choose from.

During our romantic escape, we loved the opulence of the hotel and the extremely helpful and polite staff. They recommended a fantastic restaurant for us and even booked it on the spot. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the old town, port, and various bars and restaurants. Additionally, the complimentary sweets and note in our room for our special occasion added a nice touch to our stay.

We had a small issue with the breakfast at the hotel. On two occasions during our four-day stay, the hot food selection was empty, which was a bit disappointing.

The recorded music playing throughout the hotel may not be to everyone's taste.

We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. From the location in the heart of the city to the stunning old palace it was housed in, everything was perfect. The hotel facilities were excellent as well and we couldn't help but admire the grand staircase in the centre of the hotel. The cleanliness was impressive and the rooms were huge, clean, and elegantly designed. Moreover, we appreciated that valet parking was available, which was very handy in this city.

We loved staying here! The location was incredible for exploring the older parts of the city. Everything was within walking distance. The staff here were amazing and we were always greeted with generous hospitality on the reception desk. The room had all we needed including air conditioning that was perfect for Italy's hot weather. Moreover, we appreciated amenities such as the electric kettle, TV, and soundproofed rooms. The restaurant and the bar were fantastic as well, and we had a remarkable in-room breakfast.
